About Me

Hello! my name is Madeline Caldwell I'm 18 years old and I am currently a freshman studying communication at Southern Utah University. I am focusing on media studies and I hope to someday be able to do marketing or PR for a brand. I have always loved writing and the arts and this focus seemed like the perfect combination for me. I'm originally from Idaho Falls, Idaho (not on a potato farm although that seems to be the general assumption) where I lived my whole life and graduated from Hillcrest High School. 

 I have a blended family with 6 sisters and I am the third oldest. Growing up with sisters taught me a lot about resolving issues, doing nails and sharing clothes. Despite the many times I thought my head might actually explode from all the dramatics, I  am extremely grateful for my family and have learned a lot from each of them. 

If you know me, you know I  love a lot of things. Here is an abridged version of things I  love because I could definitely write a whole novel about them: I  love movies! My favorite thing to do probably out of everything is going to the movie theatre (which is inconvenient because that costs money, which I always seem to be low on.) I  also love music a lot. When asked what kind of music I like I usually draw a blank because it truly changes from day to day but generally I can jam to anything except country and metal. Lastly (for now) I  love nature! Sunsets regularly bring a tear to my eye.
